Selecting Swap, in the Save As... dialog, allows you to invert the first and last name of a record, when saving it to your list.
When records are saved, the last word of the first line, followed by a comma and the remainder of the first line (max. 20 char.) is used as the key for display in the records list. Exceptions are Sr, Jr, MD, Esq. For example, John Smith Jr is saved as Smith Jr,John.
